This movie tells the exciting adventure, full of dreams, hopes and dismays that were three decades pioneers of the Medically assistance for procreation, one of the biggest discoveries of our time.

The story begins on July 25th, 1978 in England with Louise Brown's birth, first test-tube baby to the world conceived by in vitro fertilization. The event provokes a global shock, a real cataclysm. Four years later, Amandine is born and becomes the first test-tube baby been born in France.
They are only the beginnings of an epic full of bewilderment and new developments. The biologists and the doctors at the origin of these big events reveal the road crossed for thirty years, with anecdotes, details, feelings but also questionings were engendered in every stage by this immense scientific and human advance.
