Today, madness overflows into the streets and in prison. The psychiatric hospital, facing a crisis of resources and values, struggles to take care of long term patients.

Meanwhile, a new mental health policy is being prepared in Europe and concerns us all. Soon, madness will be replaced by brain disorders, and uneasiness in society, by behavior rehabilitation.

A world without insane? But what will it be with them?
