Women are smaller than men, or, depending on your viewpoint, men are bigger than women. That is a given. So why aren’t men and women the same size? We will investigate a scientific enigma and overturn some basic assumptions about the male and female bodies. The story taps into a rich seam of scientific debate and convincing opinions. The film will be imbued with a strong sense of playfulness, provocation, and humour. As we move towards a surprising conclusion, we begin to unravel some misguided assumptions that reveal our prejudices. LITTLE WOMEN will be a meaty and provocative scientific journey for both men and women, big and small.
