Vincent Munier is a world-renowned photographer who explores desolate lands and vast open spaces in search of the fleeting and the wild. His work has always been driven by passion and adventure. In this first episode, we head to the Ethiopian highlands. Up here on the roof of Abyssinia lives a species of red-coated wolf, unique in the world and most endangered. Vincent Munier’s single objective is to blend into the landscape and get close to these fabulous animals. In his quest he will encounter nomadic Oromo herders, and discover rare and little-known species– the mountain Nyala, the Gelada monkey-lion, the bearded vulture, and the amazing giant mole-rat – then, the glimpse of a den, the silhouette of pups…and this lone wolf may have found his pack.
