Real time bombs are ticking under the seas of the planet . More than one million tons of chemical weapons, inherited from two world wars, still threaten us today. From 1917 to 1970, the armies of the world’s greatest powers systematically dumped these highly toxic and explosive cocktails into the oceans. Virtually indestructible, these weapons were systematically immersed in seas and lakes or buried.

A military secret so well-kept that these underwater dump sites remained hidden for several decades. DEADLY DEPTHS investigates this untold story of the global risk of a chemical pollution the health, environmental, and economic impacts of which are still too difficult to estimate! These deadly poisons are leaking little by little into the sea, threatening fishermen, bathers, fish, and the entire ecosystem.
